So where does Barton go from here? Can he be trusted in future to conduct himself as a gentleman and learn to walk away from negative vibes and for once be an upstanding young man and walk the other way, therefore admitting he has an anger problem. So many young men throughout the world would love a chance to be a Newcastle footballer, wear the jersey, score for their team but haven't been given the opportunity.. so this person, Barton has taken the place of somebody more deserving.. I think extra prison and an open letter of apology to team mates, management and fans for the gross embarrassment he's caused would suffice.
